Paddle through these sea otters to the other side of Monterey Bay’s Elk Horn Slough at the mouth of the Salinas River. From there kayak north along the ocean coast up to the Santa Cruz Harbor. Then go right (east) along the coast for a few blocks and pull into Sunny Cove. From there, we are three blocks to the north.

Or, if you are in a car, you can drive south along the coast from San Francisco or San Francisco Airport for 90 minutes to reach us in Santa Cruz. If you arrive in San Jose Airport, we are one hour over the Santa Cruz mountains to the west. From Monterey, drive one hour north along the coast to find us. Once in Santa Cruz, we are a few miles east of downtown in Live Oak neighborhood, a mile west of Capitola Village.

If you are taking public transportation, you can travel from San Francisco City, San Francisco Airport, Oakland Airport, or San Jose Airport and be dropped off by local bus one block from our retreat house.
